At Dabu Jewels, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to make returns as smooth as possible.

• Easy Returns Within 14 Days: You can return your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Eligibility for Returns: Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Incomplete Returns: If any part of the product or its packaging is missing, the courier cannot process the return.

• Change of Mind Returns: If you wish to return an item for reasons other than a defect, return fees will apply and must be covered by the customer.

• Manufacturing Faults: For items with manufacturing defects that cannot be replaced or repaired, a full refund will be issued within 2-4 working days of your request.

• Online Payment Refunds: For debit or credit card payments, refunds will be processed within 7-14 days, depending on your bank.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds: For COD orders exceeding 2,000 EGP, refunds will be processed through online banking.
