Exchange Policy

At Dabu Jewels, we offer a 14-day exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

• Exchange Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange.

• Eligibility for Exchange: The item must be in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Incomplete Exchanges: If any part of the product or packaging is missing, the courier will not be able to process the exchange.

• Wrong Orders or Faulty Items: If you receive an incorrect order or an item with a manufacturing defect, the exchange will be processed free of charge within 2-4 working days of your request.

• Size or Preference Exchanges: For exchanges due to choosing the wrong size (for rings) or a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping fees.
